How to install the app
It takes less than a minute. All you need is an up-to-date browser.
Android (Chrome)
- Open the dashboard in Chrome and log in.
- Tap "Install app" in the prompt or open the Chrome menu (⋮).
- Select "Install app" or "Add to Home screen" and confirm.
iPhone & iPad (Safari)
- Open the dashboard in Safari and log in.
- Tap the Share icon at the bottom.
- Select "Add to Home Screen" and tap "Add".
Computer (Chrome, Edge)
- Open the dashboard in your browser and log in.
- Click the install icon in the address bar.
- Confirm with “Install” – the app opens in its own window.

Do I have to download the app from the App Store or Google Play?
No. The OneCrewRecords app is a web app: you install it directly from your browser onto your home screen. There is no download from a store.
Does the app cost anything?
No, the app doesn't cost anything extra. You just need a OneCrewRecords account. Which features you can use depends on your plan.
Which devices does the app work on?
On smartphones and tablets with Android (Chrome) and iOS or iPadOS (Safari), as well as on computers with Chrome or Edge. The dashboard also works normally in the browser.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes. The app shows your dashboard live and needs an internet connection for that. There is no offline mode.
Do I get all the features in the app?
Yes. The app is your dashboard in full screen – you get the same features and the same data as in the browser.
How do I uninstall the app?
Like any other app: press and hold the icon on your home screen and remove it, or on a computer, uninstall it via the app menu. Your account stays active.
